Subject: [PATCH] fix(android): enable activity-wide accessibility privacy

Pin mobile_app_privacy to e60766bc420861b9e8c804627d84cbd570b04ff6 and enable its application metadata startup policy. On Android 14+, the plugin marks the activity decor view sensitive to filter non-tool accessibility services while preserving accessibility tools.
