Subject: [PATCH] FIX Detect script tags whose name ends at whitespace or "/"
in XSSOutputScorer
The "Script Tag" pattern only accepted a literal "" closing tag
and an opening tag name followed by whitespace or ">". Browsers end a tag
name at whitespace, "/" or ">", so "",
"", "" and "alert(1)" all run
script but scored False. Accept those tag-name terminators on both tags.
Fixes #3976
