Subject: [PATCH] fix: use more parallel ansible workers

RHCOS tests are taking 30 minutes because it needs to run the tests on 9
VMs. By default ansible only runs 5 parallel builds, this change bumps
the parallel builds to 20 like we have in the collector repo.
