The CLA workflow used to push acceptances straight to main, which the branch ruleset rejects. It now opens a pull request for each new acceptance. The acceptance trigger requires the statements this repository's gate asks for. The workflow's own identity is added to the allowlist, since it is the author of those pull requests.
