The OpenAI plugin directory asks for HTTPS terms, privacy and support URLs that identify the publisher. Adds /terms/, /privacy/ and /support/ (shared DocPage shell with the site's NavBar, Footer and type scale) and links them from the footer. PRIVACY.md gains facts it was missing, mirrored on the web page: the proxy hook and its caches (proxy-reads, proxy-stats, proxy-signals, install-pending.json), benchmark-live results, the star-nudge marker, install-state.json, the two commands that start a network-using program (update --run, benchmark --live), and what the website itself loads (Umami Cloud page views, Google Fonts, the Product Hunt badge, GitHub Pages). - interface gains supportURL and termsOfServiceURL, and privacyPolicyURL now points at the site's /privacy/ page (all four on the publisher's own site, as the submission guide asks). longDescription adds setup and limitations. - requires_local_executor: true (extensions.com.openai, and top level of the .codex-plugin overlay), per plugins/deploy/desktop-only: the skills run the local sipcode command, which ChatGPT on the web or mobile cannot. - plugins/sipcode/README.md for the package. - scripts/pack-plugin.mjs writes dist-plugin/sipcode-plugin-<version>.zip: the skills-only layout at the archive root (manifests, skills, assets, README, LICENSE), forward-slash names, fixed timestamps, no dependency. It refuses unexpected files, hooks, MCP or app configuration, screenshots, missing icons and a version that differs from package.json. - tests: listing URLs and the overlay's OpenAI settings match the inline extension; the ZIP holds exactly the allowed files and each entry unpacks to its source bytes. LISTING.md fills every field the OpenAI plugin directory asks for (from plugin.json, with limits and lengths), SCREENSHOTS.md explains why a skills-only ZIP carries no screenshots and which shots to take anyway, and SUBMIT.md is the click-by-click path through platform.openai.com/plugins, including verification, review, publishing and later updates. A reviewer's first try then runs regress on the Codex logs (about a second) instead of also reading every Claude Code log. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…ckout The Windows CI checkout gives the script CRLF line endings, and the test runner then fails to load "#!/usr/bin/env node" followed by CR with "Invalid or unexpected token" (node itself loads it fine). The script is always run as `node scripts/pack-plugin.mjs`. Reproduced locally by converting the file to CRLF; passes after the change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
