복덕방 MVP 개편(#2522)에 맞춰 학생 복덕방 응답을 기능정의서의 MVP 항목으로 정리합니다. 목록 카드에 주소를 보여 주고, 오래된 매물 정보(가격·층수·설명·옵션)는 학생에게 내려보내지 않으며, 일부 건물의 좌표 값이 잘못되어도 목록 전체가 실패하지 않도록 합니다.
LandsResponse(GET /lands): 항목에 address를 추가했습니다. monthly_fee, charter_fee는 키를 유지하고 값을 null로 보냅니다. 대신 목록 카드의 매물 종류 배지(월세·전세)를 그릴 수 있도록 is_monthly_available, is_charter_available을 추가했습니다. 가격은 노출하지 않습니다(PM 정의서: 건물 카드에 건물명·주소·매물 종류).
월세·전세 가능 여부 (리뷰 반영): 처음에는 DB의 월세·전세 금액이 있는지로 계산했지만, 어드민에서 가격 입력을 숨기면 새 건물은 항상 false가 되고 기존 건물도 바꿀 수 없어서 운영자가 직접 체크하는 값으로 바꿨습니다.
V28__add_land_rent_type_availability.sql: lands에 is_monthly_available, is_charter_available(TINYINT(1), NOT NULL, 기본 0) 추가. 기존 행은 월세·전세 금액이 비어 있지 않으면 1로 채웁니다.
