Moves main to the next development version after the 0.14.0 release (RELEASING.md, step 7).

What moved

  • Cargo.toml: workspace version 0.14.0 → 0.14.1-dev.
  • The path-dependency versions in probbit-cli, probbit-core, probbit-decide, probbit-ir and probbit-persona (14 entries): 0.14.0 → 0.14.1-dev.
  • Cargo.lock: regenerated with cargo update --workspace --offline; the diff is the version line of the 7 workspace packages and nothing else.
  • docs/probbit.1: regenerated with probbit man from the release build (only the .TH line changes).

What did not move

  • The README keeps naming v0.14.0 (readme_release.rs accepts a release lower than the build).
  • npm/package.json, the installers, the action, CITATION.cff and the CHANGELOG stay as released (the CHANGELOG already has its ## Unreleased heading).
  • The two recorded 0.14.0-dev fixtures and six texts are unchanged.

Checks

  • git grep "0.14.1-dev" lists only the files above; git grep "0.14.0-dev" is identical to the tag.
  • cargo test --workspace --locked --no-fail-fast on Linux x86_64: every target passes, including readme_release, cli_man and the version tests, except two timing-sensitive tests that failed while the machine was busy (checkpointed_strands_of_an_expectation_persona_open, sample_on_budget_is_a_deadline_at_many_chains); both pass when run alone.

Moves main to the next development version after the 0.14.0 release (RELEASING.md step 7): the workspace version, the path-dependency versions, Cargo.lock and the regenerated man page. The README keeps naming v0.14.0.
