feat(pstack): refresh workflows and guide without model changes

Why

PStack 0.15.17 adds help and catch-up skills and refreshes its workflows. This ports those updates to Codex while preserving the existing model policy and three Architect runners.

What changed

• Add poteto-help, ketchup, prompting references, and the ten-page guide with original upstream images.
• Apply upstream prompt distillation and required Codex invocation, agent, transcript, installation, and scheduling adaptations.
• Keep the three-candidate Architect requirement, route deslop locally, fix native invocation and reference paths, and remove the requested per-skill license copies and source banners.

Scope

• Port the reviewed PStack 0.15.17 snapshot.
• Preserve model names, efforts, panel sizes, aliases, fallback policy, executable helpers, root license, and repository instructions.

Blast Radius

The changes affect PStack instruction loading, task routing, and its documentation. The poteto-mode slug matches Codex's literal invocation rules, and the new help/catch-up skills require explicit invocation.

Verification

• Five isolated native Codex dry runs passed, including the three-runner and local-deslop contract.
• 79 Bun tests, TypeScript type checking, 111 skill validations, mirror tests, 14 shell syntax checks, and 47 scope/compatibility checks passed.
• Final Codex autoreview clean for all 87 text changes; all six image additions match upstream hashes exactly.
