This PR fixes #1332
CartoDB basemaps need an API key now and so current installs of CLIMADA using the default basemap can't plot. OpenStreetMap gives similar errors.
This moves all default basemaps to Esri.WorldGrayCanvas. I think it's worth rolling out a fix quickly so users can update and choosing a better basemap for the next full release.
