CI and the smoke test: a lane with only SDK 11 installed, with a web consumer (decision 129) #281
Decision 129's added condition for 2.4.0: CI and the consumer smoke test get a lane whose .NET installation holds SDK 11 and nothing else, with a web consumer (Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Web) on the packages.
Why: Metalama 2026.1 fails such a build with LAMA0625 and passes it, with LAMA0617, as soon as an SDK 10 is installed in the same installation (KB-060, #275). A runner that installs SDK 10 and SDK 11 side by side never shows the failure, so the lane must have SDK 11 alone (actions/setup-dotnet with one version, or the SDK 11 container image).
Done when the lane builds and runs a net11.0 and a net10.0 web consumer of the packed packages, it fails on the packages as 2.3.1 ships them (Metalama 2026.1, the seed), and it runs on the general availability SDK before 2.4.0 is tagged.
