Directorship attendance autofill should only include activated accounts

Currently, when you go to submit directorship attendance, it pulls a list of all frosh and accounts in the "active" group. However, this includes disabled accounts. A filter should be added to remove disabled accounts.

It actually pulls the current student group. Doesn't really impact the desired change, but i think this is important context
