Adds a CycloneDX 2.0 fixture illustrating separate IKE and ESP cryptographic inventories using existing protocol assets and references.

The example records IKE configuration and separate ESP inventories using AES-256-GCM and AES-128-GCM, grouped through an IPsec protocol asset. The IKE configuration retains its PRF without a separate integrity transform alongside AES-GCM.

This demonstrates inventory separation, not a complete Security Association model. Configured/observed distinctions are expressed only in component names; the example does not encode IKE-to-Child-SA establishment relationships or complete ESP transform parameters.

Related to #1162; does not resolve the broader IPsec modeling concerns.
