Welcome card keeps the branch on narrow terminals; the 100%-until-auto-compact chip is hidden on a fresh session. Adds test/tui-layout.test.js. No color changes.

… chip, cover layout helpers

- welcomeCard: a long branch name no longer starves the path budget to "" and
drops the whole Project row. Give the path a small floor so the branch (the
most useful "where am I" cue) survives down to narrow terminals; kv() still
fitWidth-truncates the combined value so neither side overflows the border.
- status bar: hide the "100% until auto-compact" chip on a fresh/near-empty
session — at 0% context it only duplicated the "N% context" chip. It now
appears once context is actually being consumed (below 100%). At 80 cols this
also frees the room that was clipping the branch name.
- tests: add test/tui-layout.test.js covering welcomeCard, idleHome, footerLine
and helpLines (previously untested) — every row fits its column budget at
36..200 cols, plain output carries no ANSI escapes, and the branch-survival
regression above is pinned. Wired into npm test.
