Toggle commands (/notify /map /lean /cache /offline /recap /vim /mouse /tight /title /redact) show their live state in the completion menu: green name + on tag when enabled, red + off when disabled. Verified in tmux; npm test passes.

The completion menu now shows each toggle command's live state before you
run it: /notify /map /lean /cache /offline /recap /vim /mouse /tight
/title /redact render the name green with an " on" tag when the feature
is currently enabled, red with " off" when disabled. Non-toggle and
engine-incompatible rows are unchanged.
