Description

Documents the list filters on the Pro UI's Filter Index page, replacing three drafts that each described a different revision of the same controls (#16359, #16370 and #16384). Docs only, no code changes.

• In List / Not in List on text filters: values become chips; Enter or a paste adds them; a typed comma stays part of the value; a pasted line splits at its commas (a value in double quotes keeps its commas) and pasted lines split at the line breaks; matching is whole-value and case-insensitive; Not in List keeps Findings with no value in the field.
• Include / Exclude on multi-select filters: the choice at the top of the filter; not offered on filters that already have Any / All.
• Names in the Asset and Organization filters: In List / Not in List of names; a paste is checked, a matching name takes its stored spelling and unknown names are listed; a name made of digits is a name, never an id; only Assets and Organizations the user can see are matched.
• Selecting every match: the select-all checkbox beside the search box, the single "All matching" row, and picked options listed first.
• Long lists: the practical size limit and the Filter Too Long message.

Pairs with the Pro change that reworks these filters; it should merge together with it.
