The status table names the medium's no-network check and the clock-behind notice

#318 and #320 landed after #315 wrote the table: their checks had no row line.

• Installation: the console suite boots both media with a NIC, and needs no net zone and the NIC down in zone 0 (tools/image/medium-shell-test.sh, "no net zone on the medium; its NIC stays down in zone 0").
• A/B updates: a clock set back more than a day before the newest statement is said in status and the login notice (update-test.sh's network step, BEHIND-OK and its status grep). The launcher sentence now says "the first two", since gui-test sets up only the stale and never-told lines.
