Installing gcc-11 and g++-11 only provides the versioned binaries; no generic gcc/g++/cc/c++ command existed, so node-gyp (and any other tool invoking the plain compiler names, as make-based builds do) failed with "g++: No such file or directory" even after make was installed.

Follow-up to #24. Installing make alone got node-gyp to invoke make, but the generated Makefile calls the plain g++/gcc/cc/c++ commands, which don't exist when only the versioned gcc-11/g++-11 packages are installed. update-alternatives registers them so any tool expecting the standard compiler names resolves correctly, without touching the deliberate version pin.
