Changes

The quick start guide's flagsmith.init snippets left out the api option, which anyone not on Flagsmith SaaS needs. This PR adds it as a commented-out line, with a note on who should use it, to all three snippets. It also adds a short paragraph in "3. Connect to the Flagsmith API" explaining when to uncomment it. The example URL matches the one in the experimentation guide.
