Changes

In the "Connect to the Flagsmith API" step of the quick start guide, the flagsmith.init example now includes a commented-out api option. Comments explain that only self-hosted and private cloud users need it. A short paragraph below the snippet tells those users to uncomment it and set their API URL. This matches the format already used in run-an-experiment.mdx.
