Changes

Adds a commented-out api option to the flagsmith.init snippets in the quick start guide. Next to the first snippet there's now a short note: SaaS users can leave the option out, and self-hosted or private cloud users should uncomment it and point it at their own API. The example URL follows the one already used in run-an-experiment.mdx.

Read through the rendered Markdown diff. I didn't run Prettier on this file because it's already not Prettier-compliant on main, and reformatting it would merge the :::tip admonition into the paragraph above it.
