psxy, psxyz: Fill -Sl text with the -C color - #9236

With -C, fill_active stays false, so the -Sl text case ignored the CPT fill already set via FS: without -W the text was painted with show in the current PS color (black, or the -G color), and with -W the fill was switched off so the text came out hollow. Treat a CPT fill as active and, without -W, paint the text via fs (PSL_plottext mode 2). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
