保存的 HTML 与 Markdown 需要保留标题、表格、代码和链接。新增无业务依赖的
InkContentReader，由消费者传入字符串与明确格式；HTML 经净化后在禁止脚本、禁止自动资源加载的 iframe 中阅读，Markdown 使用 GFM 呈现，原文仍由消费者保存。图片、音视频和字幕地址作为可点击引用保留，页内目录在隔离文档内导航。同步公开导出、类型、Story、消费者说明和 minor Changeset；同时将消费者已有的一行 InkInput 修复纳入源码，避免升级后恢复重复值与 ID。没有新增 Block／resolver／来源策略 API。
验证：完整
pnpm check通过，包括公开包合同、类型、生成物和 24 个 Story 构建。打包候选在 impl-ts 的真实 headless WebExt 阅读路径中验证了结构、精确代码空白、文内目录、媒体引用及脚本／自动请求隔离；Web 页面验证 Markdown GFM 阅读以及 plain text／Markdown 预览中的<node>字面内容。未操作前台浏览器或桌面应用。关联：InKCre/impl-py#165。impl-ts 的三个阅读入口依赖此公开导出；本 PR 尚未合并／发行，候选包验证不代表消费者正式依赖已就绪。应经受保护 main 的现有 Changesets 流程发布后，再升级下游依赖与锁文件。回退可撤回新增组件及消费者接入；存储格式不受 UI 包影响。
