Works with both function-style Base (Mocha < 12) and class-style Base (Mocha 12+). (#113, closes #112, #111)
• ESM reporter support: external reporters authored as ESM (export default class Reporter extends Base {}) now load correctly — previously require()'s CJS interop returned a namespace object rather than the class itself, causing Reporter is not a constructor. (#113)
