AIAP v6.5 previously declared restrictive reuse terms and linked to a missing monorepo location. This author-authorized open-publication edition grants Apache-2.0 for original software/schemas and CC-BY-4.0 for author-controlled research materials, with full license texts and an explicit supersession notice. It repairs standalone repository navigation and preserves historical notices as provenance.
Research files and the original release ZIP remain unchanged. New CI verifies the original archive SHA-256, replays its unchanged full verifier, compares maintained research files against the pre-change Git inventory, and runs the nine assurance-record validator tests. All passed locally. Publication checks do not establish empirical effectiveness or deployment authority.
