Remove unused Lilac from deps.cirru and the Calcit Snapshot module list. Also stop marking calcit.cirru as generated so code changes remain reviewable.\n\nValidated locally with Calcit 0.17.1: caps --strict --ci, verify --toolchain, strict fix workflow, format, check-only, zero dynamic methods, JS codegen and Vite production build.
