Initialization and Core startup previously gave little progress, the host installer hid command output, and failures could lose their useful cause. Add phase start/completion/failure events with elapsed time, safe typed failure facts and configuration reasons, an HTTP listener readiness event, and normal shutdown progress. Stream installer output and retain the existing log settings.
No new dependencies or settings. Arbitrary dependency error text, file contents, credentials and database URLs stay out of the new diagnostics. Update operator documentation in English and Chinese and the official-client diagnostic projection.
Validation: focused Go tests; distribution metadata/publisher, CI selection, Compose configuration and Linux installer tests; official diagnostics tests; translation/name guards; live Docker Compose startup, retained installation, readiness, credential checks and signal shutdown. Independent review passed. SG installer and per-service log verification is in progress.
