MEOS states the time shift and the time scale of a timestamptz span set as their own functions, tstzspanset_shift and tstzspanset_scale, and tstzspanset_shift_scale takes both intervals. The wrappers are regenerated from the catalog of MobilityDB master c01906a090, which adds these two: 4049 wrappers, none skipped and none duplicated. TsTzSpanSet answers shift and scale through them, as TsTzSet and TsTzSpan do, and shiftScale takes both intervals. The shift test of TsTzSpanSet calls shift, its scale test calls scale, and a third test gives shiftScale both intervals.
