Shift or scale the time of a box alone

MEOS states the time shift and the time scale of a temporal box and of a
spatiotemporal box as their own functions, tbox_shift_time,
tbox_scale_time, stbox_shift_time and stbox_scale_time, and
tbox_shift_scale_time and stbox_shift_scale_time take both intervals.
The wrappers are regenerated from the catalog of MobilityDB master
19d1dc2200, which adds these four: 4053 wrappers, none skipped and none
duplicated. TBox and STBox answer shiftTime and scaleTime through them,
as Temporal does, and shiftScaleTime takes both intervals.

The shift test of TBox calls shiftTime, its scale test calls scaleTime,
and a third gives shiftScaleTime both intervals; STBox has the same three
tests over a box with a spatial and a temporal dimension.

Keep under docs only the sources the site is built from

The documentation site is built by VitePress from docs/index.md, the
guide pages and the API pages typedoc writes to docs/api at build time.
VitePress publishes no HTML page and no asset of the source directory, so
the typedoc pages of an earlier configuration that docs held, 30 HTML
pages, their eight scripts, styles and icons and a .nojekyll marker, are
removed: nothing links to them and the site never served them. One of
them named GEOS and GSL among the libraries the build compiles, which
the Dockerfile builds neither of. npm run docs:build renders the home
page, the 11 guide pages and the API pages.
