Test on the macOS 15 arm64 runner - #104

test.yml runs its arm64 macOS jobs on macos-15, beside macos-15-intel, as the macOS 14 image is retired on November 2, 2026 (actions/runner-images#13518) and its brownouts already end every macos-14 job before its first step. The Homebrew prefix of the arm64 runner stays /opt/homebrew.
