P2 Badge Format the keyboard shortcut as code

The English entry leaves Ctrl-O as plain prose even though the documentation convention requires keyboard shortcuts to be inline code; its Chinese mirror already formats the same shortcut correctly. Wrap it in backticks so the rendered release note follows the documented shortcut style.

- Report main-session and subagent status to compatible terminals with OSC 7501, including pending interactions and retained results.
- Support per-task model selection and the `max_running_tasks` limit in Tower, and raise its default agent concurrency limit from 16 to 256.

### Polish

- Plan mode can now only be enabled by the user instead of being entered automatically by the agent; every plan requires user review, Never Ask no longer approves plans automatically, and `kimi -p` skips `default_plan_mode` and cannot approve a plan in a session already in Plan mode.
- Web sessions now unload from memory after 30 minutes idle and resume transparently on next access.
- Improve the layout and interaction experience of some Fullscreen components, including approval option display, mouse selection, and focus switching.
- Move todo lists into expandable transcript cards and remove the old input-area panel and `Ctrl-T` shortcut.
- Improve the built-in `/import-from-cc-codex` skill.

### Bug Fixes

- Reconnect workspace MCP servers automatically with backoff when the initial connection fails or the connection drops; tune the interval with `[mcp] reconnect_initial_delay_ms` and `reconnect_max_delay_ms`.
- Fix several known issues and make various refinements. See the [changelog on GitHub](https://github.com/MoonshotAI/kimi-code/blob/main/apps/kimi-code/CHANGELOG.md) for more technical entries.

P2 Badge Apply the documented Chinese glossary

The new Chinese block departs from the repository glossary in three places: this line uses prose provider instead of 供应商, line 16 uses 子代理 instead of subagent, and line 21 leaves Never Ask instead of 完全自动. These inconsistent labels make the same concepts harder to match across the Chinese docs; apply the glossary while preserving command identifiers.

P2 Badge Preserve the omitted behavior in the Chinese translation

The Chinese translation narrows this fix to an established connection that later drops, whereas the English entry also promises retries when the initial connection fails; the OSC entry on line 16 likewise omits retained results. Users whose MCP server is unavailable at startup or whose terminal displays retained results therefore miss supported 2.4.0 behavior, so preserve both facts in the Chinese entries.
