I think we should add more clairifcation for the user. i.e. "If you skip this, you'll need to prefix all following commands in this README with 'pixi run'

I needed to add eigen = "*" in [tool.pixi.dependencies] to get this to run.

I now realize that this also will likely edit the pixi.lock file, which may need to be updated as well.
