• PeerSession.startStream(startAt:) now schedules the start. Every node waits for that instant and starts the stream then. Uses transport clock. participants align clocks using the measured offset. Stopping or destroying the stream before the time cancels the start.

• test constraint relaxed to ^1.30.0, which resolves alongside flutter_test
• Participant outlet with no consumers for nodeTimeout is considered as dropped.
• ClockModel.hop throws a StateError before the first estimate
• New NetworkStream.inletHealth, a stream of InletHealth: a transport reports here when its receiving end for one peer stops working by itself, and when it works again.
• New ClockHop: offset, drift, error bound, latency, jitter per hop, ClockChain with the totals, similar to lsl_time_correction_ex, both have an additional held property to report the time between receiving and sending a sample (e.g. polling).
• New ClockModel (a drift fit over recent ClockOffsetEstimates), TimestampSmoother (liblsl's proc_dejitter) and LatencyWindow.
• ClockSyncService.onEstimate: called with each accepted estimate.
• PeerClockOffsets.estimates: every accepted estimate as a broadcast stream of ClockSyncSample. Now WebRTC and WebSocket transports can report offsets similar to liblsl
