the preview will already show error if this endpoint errors - on this page it is only used to enable/disable the save button

Note: moved getAvailableWidgets endpoint from unauthenticated to admin authenticated since its only used in admin tools

UNDO removed... happy to chat about this. I was unsure why undo would be useful - clear simple sets the widgets back to the current tv display. Undo would undo one singular click... but we could just unclick that widget? we only have three slots anyway
