chore(contracts): clean leftover predefinedExpectations #316

Backstory

The old predefinedExpectations became a DRY-issue when introducing availableExpectations and thus was turned into a boolean flag per Expectation. Yet in order to maintain velocity, the predefinedExpectations was reintroduced so that availableExpectations was already available even for platform waiting for both lists.

Once the platforms are updated, depending on the retro-compabitility policies, we may be able to clean the reintroduced predefinedExpectations.
