feat(sdk): microsoft authentication helper #340

Use case

Various Microsoft-oriented collectors are based around msal for authentication in order to provide both credentials- and certificate-based authentication. A similar folder, src/auth, can be found in multiple collectors. Centralizing those into a Microsoft authentication helper in the SDK could be relevant for development.
