uv lock --check fails in packages/flow on main: the lock lacks mcp 2.x, pyjwt, python-pkcs11, sse-starlette, truststore and opentelemetry-api, and pins openadapt-types 0.21.0 although pyproject needs >=0.24. A stale lock should not ship in 2.4.0, and uv sync --locked jobs would fail.

Regenerated with uv lock (no pyproject change).

On the two test_mcp_teach_surfaces failures I saw: they were local. My shell's pytest was Anaconda's mcp 1.6.0, below the mcp>=1.28 floor; the code passes on mcp 2.3.0 and on mcp 1.30.0 (one slow first run on 1.30.0 timed out once and passed on rerun). Main is not broken.

The lock did not match pyproject.toml (uv lock --check failed): it lacked mcp
2.x, pyjwt, python-pkcs11 and others, and held an old openadapt-types.
Regenerated with uv lock; no pyproject change.
