OpenHCS's pattern engine asks FileManager.is_dir of the input directory before listing; OMEROLocalBackend had no is_dir, so every OMERO execution failed with StorageResolutionError. Every OMERO execution failed at the pattern engine's is_dir check with 'OMEROLocalBackend object has no attribute is_dir'. Lockstep with OpenHCSDev/PolyStore#38; release-readiness needs v0.6.1 tagged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
