Raises the bound to python-introspect>=0.3.0,<0.4.

  • No zmqruntime message has a field admitting several classes, so zmqruntime's own wire form is unchanged (checked by a live scan of all 79 dataclasses).
  • ControlRequestHeader.to_dict encodes the body by declared field types, as from_dict decodes it; before, a subclass request with a union/abstract/registered field would be sent untagged and refused on receipt.
  • ViewerInstance.visualizer annotation resolves at run time (was the one dataclass in the package whose annotations did not).
  • Tests: a tagged request body round trip; a subclass with extra fields in a field declared as one concrete class is refused.
  • CHANGELOG.md added with the wire statement. zmqruntime has no protocol version of its own; only the application-declared EndpointApplication check refuses a mismatched peer.

Local, fresh venv from PyPI with python-introspect 0.3.0: 390 passed, 2 skipped (skips need openhcs).

A control request encoded each body value on its own while decoding by the
declared field types. Under python-introspect 0.3 a body field admitting
several classes is read by its tag, so the request now encodes by declaration
too. ViewerInstance.visualizer resolves at run time.
