Part of OpenHCS surface B6 (main's CI green, OpenHCSDev/openhcs#1195).

src/pycodify/formatters.py changed on main after v0.1.3 (c0f25e9, authored nominal subtypes in clean nested source), so OpenHCS's pypi-dependency-readiness job rejects the pinned pycodify as an unreleased 0.1.3 and blocks every PyPI-installation job.

This bumps to 0.1.4. Release needs the owner: after merge, tag v0.1.4 on the merged commit so publish.yml publishes it; OpenHCS then requires pycodify>=0.1.4,<0.2.

formatters.py changed after v0.1.3 (c0f25e9, authored nominal subtypes in
clean nested source), so OpenHCS's release-readiness gate rejects the pinned
source as an unreleased 0.1.3.

The pinned pycodify differs from v0.1.3 in src/pycodify/formatters.py, so
pypi-dependency-readiness failed. Lockstep with OpenHCSDev/pycodify#3; the job
stays red until the owner tags v0.1.4 and PyPI serves it.

Superseded: pycodify v0.2.0 (released by L6) contains the formatter change; OpenHCS now requires pycodify>=0.2.0.
