+Reviewed merged native123 preserves supplied Collapsible titles instead of
+publishing its default Toggle first. Same-text Content span/metadata changes
+reach the original child. Native constructor/subclass watchers, arbitrary

+original supplied-title control and actual notification disclosure control
+passed. The native-supplied-title runtime was published for new launches.
