Keep parsed Markdown in transcript ranges; restore the reader's place - #588

Default conversation syntax now uses the original native acquired document producer and typed rendering tasks. Source ranges keep real prefixes and acquire native controls only for interaction. Body resources own intrinsic extent, displayed source membership, width invalidation and retained rows; membership changes rematch original CSS and only equal acquired values admit retained paint. Resize/style preparation borrows original parser/link data rather than reacquiring it. Four changed modules compile; complete source/tests/tools parse: 744 modules, zero omissions. Actual saved ACP source App reached process transport but failed on native speedup Spacing pickling before wheel/reader checks. Native geometry owner is fixing that boundary. Source checkpoint only; no installed gain or completed interaction/reader acceptance claim.
Integrate Erdos session/page lifetime handoff. The operational session retains the original prepared page objects, source scope and admitted ranges while disposable native publishers detach. View-owned transcripts still close on detach through their existing base behavior; the session declaration supplies retention polymorphically. Reader intent binds the actual source fragment and its row before retirement awaits, and restores only after committed placement. New edge/End acquisition chooses its requested range independently of parked restoration. Eight handoff modules compile; all frontend source compiles and diff check passes. Prior genuine reader-return row mismatch remains negative; latest matched combined saved App reader was unreached due native geometry transport, fixed separately by the native owner. Filtered-prefix, rewrap character anchoring and rendered-paint retention remain unqualified. No test, install or provider attempt repeated for this source checkpoint.

Codex work, mostly replaced. 582 of 1930 code lines it added are still in main.
Parsed Markdown source is now carried through the transcript range and fragment, and message views that are thrown away are rebuilt from that source. A missing document now fails where it is supplied, and the retry on interaction refresh and the quiet reparse of a broken stored parse are removed. The reader's position is captured before focus or hiding changes the scene, so an offscreen reader can be restored. The change spans about 30 files, mostly
