Superseded by OpenHD/OpenHD-ImageWriter#27. SignPath Foundation confirmed that ImageWriter should have its own project and source/build origin inside the existing OSS organization, sharing the production certificate. Signing is now initiated directly in the ImageWriter repository, so this OpenHD caller is no longer needed.
