OpenModelica no longer uses Boost: the C++ simulation runtime, OMSICpp and ParModelica dropped it, and generated Cpp code neither includes nor links it. Remove it from the deb build-dependencies and from what libomccpp pulls in for compiling models, from the rpm BuildRequires and Suggests, from the MacPorts Portfile, and from the cross-build docker images. libomccpp depending on libboost-*-dev also meant that models linked whatever Boost the user had installed, against an OMCppOMCFactory built with another one.
