Refresh 1,020 Turkish messages in LCD4linux and NetworkBrowser. Add Turkish catalogs for VPS (40 messages) and MovieCut (36 messages), and include tr in both build language lists. Correct two false python-format flags on literal CPU-load labels.

All catalogs use UTF-8 and Turkish plural rules, with no empty or fuzzy translations. Preserve source messages, references, formatting placeholders and newline counts. Validation: msgfmt --check --check-format, GNUTranslations loading, and diff whitespace checks passed in Ubuntu 26.04 under WSL. No receiver runtime or full image build was performed.
