The version of the Node.js runtime used to execute the action has been updated from 20 to 24. This could be a breaking change for certain GitHub Actions workflows.

If a workflow with dependency on the arduino/setup-task action uses only GitHub-hosted GitHub Actions runners, no changes are required.

If the workflow uses a self-hosted runner, the workflow run might fail after updating arduino/setup-task:

Dependency review: safe to merge

• Scope: arduino/setup-task 2.0.0 → 3.0.0 (major). One-line ref change in each of .github/workflows/tests.yml, tests-integration.yml and release.yaml. Refs stay SHA-pinned; c0bc642… matches upstream tag v3.0.0 (old b91d5d2… matches v2.0.0).
• How we use it: All three workflows pass version: 3.x and repo-token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }} on ubuntu-latest.
• Breaking changes: Only the Node.js runtime moving from 20 to 24, which affects only self-hosted runners without Node 24; we use GitHub-hosted runners. action.yml inputs are unchanged between v2 and v3. The source changes are ESM import updates only, with no change to how the version is resolved or how repo-token is used.
• Verification: The Tests workflow ran v3 on this PR and passed ("Successfully setup Task version v3.54.0"). tests-integration.yml and release.yaml are dispatch-only and didn't run here, but they use the same inputs and runner.
