DINO-1038: ignore openapi-typescript in Dependabot (pinned + pnpm-patched) - #1040
js/package.json pins openapi-typescript at 7.8.0 and patches it through pnpm.patchedDependencies (patches/openapi-typescript@7.8.0.patch, enum naming by description). When Dependabot tries to bump it, pnpm fails with:
ERR_PNPM_UNUSED_PATCH The following patches were not used: openapi-typescript@7.8.0
That fails the whole npm Dependabot job, and the multi-ecosystem main group PR never gets opened (Dependabot run 1635407488, 2026-10-19).
This adds ignore: openapi-typescript to the npm entry, with a comment. Bump it by hand and regenerate the patch together. allowUnusedPatches was deliberately not used: it would let the bump through with the patch silently not applied.
