Release 1.7.5\n\nUpdates all project, manifest, installer, package, analyzer, privacy, changelog, and release-note version surfaces from 1.7.4 to 1.7.5. Release notes cover only the accepted PR #61 changes.\n\nLocal gates: 751 Release tests, Release build, single-file and ReadyToRun publish, Inno installer, portable ZIP, artifact smoke test, locale XAML parsing, dependency audit, targeted formatting, and checksums.\n\nUnsigned local artifacts are expected because signing is optional and no signing certificate is configured; the release workflow will apply its configured signing path.
