feat(orch): surface Opus 5.5 in Claude Code + Direct API pickers

Summary

• 4b9e245 wired up ModelOpus55 (claude-opus-5-5), routed the opus shorthand to it, and priced it — but never added it to the /orch picker, so users still only saw Opus 4.8 / 4.7 in the Claude Code column and Opus 4.8 under Direct API.
• Adds Opus 5.5 as the new default (⭐) row for the Claude Code backend on shortcut 3, marked NEW.
• Demotes Sonnet 5 from ⭐ (still on shortcut 2, still marked NEW).
• Renumbers older Opus rows: 4.8 1M → 4, 4.8 → 5, 4.7 loses its shortcut (crowded, and it's the oldest of the three).
• Adds Opus 5.5 to apiModels (Direct API section).

Test plan

• go build -o qmax-code .
• go test ./... — all packages pass
• internal/tui/tui_backend_cc_test.go updated:
  • Renamed test asserts Opus 5.5 is present, labelled Opus 5.5, carries isFav and isNew, and that Sonnet 5 no longer carries isFav.
  • Default-cursor test asserts the cursor lands on ModelOpus55 for a fresh cc picker.
• Manual smoke: run qmax-code, open /orch, confirm the Claude Code section shows Fable 5.1 · Fable 5 · Sonnet 5 · Opus 5.5 ⭐ NEW · Opus 4.8 (1M) · Opus 4.8 · Opus 4.7 · Sonnet 4.6 · Haiku 4.5, and Direct API includes Opus 5.5.
