Next product cut after 0.4.16. Scope is hidden bugs pass 2 (data-loss / fail-open leftovers) plus algorithm / first-paint / 120 Hz follow-ups. Work stays GitFlow: dev → issue/<n>-<slug> → PR to dev with Closes #<n>. One issue per PR.
