Form builders can reuse categories already present in their workspace or add a new category from Settings. Forms can be exported as JSON from the list or editor and imported into a chosen workspace as new, unsaved drafts. Imports retain fields, defaults, validation, conditions, appearance, lookup configuration, and SOAR mapping while receiving a new ID and the destination workspace's access defaults. Source permissions, version history, submissions, and credentials are excluded. Files are validated before opening; imports do not run searches or deliver events.
Checkbox defaults now use a Checked / Unchecked selector that stores actual booleans. Previously, typing a partial value immediately converted it to false. Version bumped to 0.5.9.
Validation: 41 JavaScript and 193 Python tests pass; production build and install package succeed. Added coverage for portable exports, invalid files, destination permissions, lookup validation, and checkbox defaults through publication and submission. Browser checks in an isolated demo cover category creation and reuse, actual JSON download/import into another workspace, saving and reopening the imported draft, malformed-file handling, and light/dark layouts. Checkbox defaults were also checked through preview and publication. No live Splunk/SOAR or AppInspect run.
